Assistant General Manager

Olivero in Wilmington is looking for a FOH leader to join our team. We need someone with a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience. Fine dining or upscale casual settings, and cocktail experience preferred. We offer a chef-owned and centered restaurant, focused on growing the team. Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a die-hard love for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and work efficiently in a team environment.
